Shipments

 

Once the courier takes charge of the order , you will be sent an e-mail indicating the estimated delivery date, which usually takes place within 24-48 working hours.

Orders will be managed in chronological order. Our company works to order, therefore we do not have products ready for delivery.
SANSET WOOD reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address entered.

We recommend that you also check your Spam/Junk Mail box or if the e-mail address entered is valid.

IMPORTANT: upon receipt, please carefully check the integrity of the package before signing the receipt.

If irregularities are found or if it is partially open, we invite you to collect it subject to verification of the contents and to notify us promptly.

It should be noted that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If it is not possible to complete the delivery, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. In the event of a negative outcome even on the second attempt, the items will be sent to the deposit and the user will be promptly notified who will be able to make arrangements to agree on a new delivery or to collect independently.

The cost of shipping is calculated in the cart.
